Eating vegan doesn’t have to be a complicated and daunting task. In these classes, we are taking popular non-vegan recipes and making them completely plant-based. Boost your vegan culinary repertoire, and join us for a plant-based feast.
For $65 (or $99 for two people), you will make about 24 - 30 vegan cheese tortellinis from scratch and fill them with a homemade vegan ricotta cheese. You will also watch a marinara sauce demo from chef Jenn to top your tasty tortellinis.
