In this class, you and a partner will make these petite, potato pillows from scratch. Making homemade gnocchi is pretty intricate, but Chef Jenn will be there to help you each step of the way! On top of making these light and delicate Italian potato dumplings, you and your hubby/wifey/BFF will watch a brown butter and sage sauce demo and enjoy a complementary bottle of wine while cooking and eating your masterpiece.
