Service Description

During our Take Out Deep Dish Pizza private party, learn everything from perfecting your handmade pizza dough to learning the science behind that savory sauce in one night. DURING THIS CLASS YOU WILL LEARN: - All about yeast and it's job in making the perfect pizza dough - Knife skills for all the ingredient chopping - The science behind that oh-so-savory pizza sauce - How to properly cut the cheese 😉 This party includes 6 cooking station that will each prepare a 16" deep dish pizza! - Each station can have up to (4) chefs working together - A MAX of (24) people can attend this event - The reservation is for a 3 hour class - No outside food or beverage allowed - Wine and beer can be purchased for an additional fee on-site - All chefs must be 13 years or older
